The Cousins Halloween Party

Well I made it back from the cousins party in one piece. Has a great time! There were a lot more people there this year & it wasnt too cold out. Here is me & my costume...can ya guess what I am?

Yup a bag of Jelly Beans.

So now I m busy packing & running all over because Im leaving tomorrow for a long trip. I will post more when I get back & of course with pics!!

Oct 22nd

My Aunt Sharon mailed me some old family photos so I could scan them & I got them today! Among them was an old Air Force photo of my dad (he was out waaaay before I arrived). I spent most of the night doing a lot of fixing on it due to a lot of creases in it. He was quite handsome with short hair-hehe-anyway here is the result.

So now I need to get a print & frame it with all my other family military pics of my grnadpa & great grandpa-it will be ok that my dad is Air Force-Im sure the grandpa's will forgive him ;)

Oct 21st

Not much happening today. I was bored & looking at videos on YouTube and came across this video. Rick brought a CD of it a few years ago from a guy on a sub he was riding. Pretty cool so I thought I would post it here.

Justin is 20!

I cant believe our little boy has turned 20 today! I just dont feel like we are old enough to have an adult child!

He spent most of the day here at the house along with his girlfriend. Watched movies & I made him his favorite birthday dinner, Rotel Chicken. Its the only time I ever make it! Then we had ice cream cake & I took him to get his birthday present-a motorized scooter. He scares me to death with stuff like that!

Anyway I think he had a nice day.

First day

ok so I thought I would give this a try since it seems everyone is doing it now. And now that I am I dont know what to write...lol...guess I will begin with-since I finished painting the porch a few days ago I decided to go get some furnature so we could go sit out there. Found a great deal at Target & I think it looks great! Now I need someone to come visit so we can hang out back there!

Oh yeah & Debra stopped by cause she went to a thing where they wore their fav sport stuff. That is her husbands jersey from when he played pro ball. It fits her as a dress!!
